i always called this my half pie. can not eat a whole one and its so easy and good. often use pie filling and or cream cheese in this with the fruit. you can't go wrong with this. fold over and seal and your good to go

For rvgrandmav--Have you ever seen refrigerated pie crust? That is what they are referring to. Remove from fridge, let come to room temp, remove from pouch, unroll and proceed with recipe. Easy.

This was a nice change to the traditional apple pie.Very simple to make and yet very elegant.would make again I will also try this with my blueberries and apple rhubarb
