How yummy! Just the right amount of filling, a thin flakey crust! And easy to make!

W@e loved this recipe but we made our crust from scratch as it was such a miserable, wet rainy day we just didn't want to go out to the store! It sure would be easier to use the packaged pie crust!

My kids and I made these tonight and they were a big hit. I omitted the glaze, though, because it put the overall carb count, especially the sugar count, really high. They were still very good without it, although at the corners they're dry when you get only the crust. They were fun for the kids to make and we'll surely make them again.
