What a super adorable recipe. I like lemon glaze on my sugar cookies and if you make it thick enough the coconut sticks to that and it's easy enough, check out my post on the "tips" tab.

I love this recipe,I made them with my oldest granddaughter and we shared a baking moment that we will continue to do.Ther great all the time.

Keep in mind that both the refrigerated sugar cookie dough AND the purchased frosting BOTH contain trans fats.

I made them for Easter of course. They were adorable. Just a sugar cookie all dressed up. None the less, they were good, a little time consuming but, beautiful presentation, and fun. Put M&M's insteads of jelly beans. Made entirely too many but had plenty to take to work and fix little packages.
