I made these for Easter. They were a big hit. i made some with and without coconut. They were very easy to make. I did use my own sugar cookie recipe because I didn't have the refrigerator type.

I just made these yummy cookies yesterday and had alot of fun doing so. They were easy to make and didn't really take alot of time in doing so. I think the longest part was the actual baking of the cookies. All of that goodness is esp yummy on top of chocolate chip cookies!

I just gave a Tea Party yesterday and served these darling and delicious easter cookies.....they will be a staple on the Easter menu from now on. Everyone just loved them and they gave it a festive feel. For the person who does not like coconut I would suggest using chopped pistachios instead.

These are beautiful. Unfortunately, I cannot stand coconut, so I won't be making them unless I can think of a suitable substitute.

They turned out so cute! I made them with sugar cookies first, and then peanut butter cookies. The peanut butter ones are even better! YUM!!

I am NOT a baker and hate making cookies in any form or fashion. But these caught my "fancy" and I just finished making these adorable little delights! I'm taking them to Sunday School in the a.m. for my class - 50-65 year olds!! I'm thinking the older grandkids could do these with very little supervision. Such fun and turned out just as pretty as the picture!

Lemon juice and powdered sugar makes an easy glaze: just start with a tablespoon or two of lemon juice and add powdered sugar until you like the consistency. (Add grated lemon zest if you like it tart, which I like... to contrast the sweetness.)
