lb. boneless beef round steak, trimmed of fat, cut into 1-inch pieces

cup chopped onions

lb. baking potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes

cups Green Giant™ Steamers™ frozen cut green beans, thawed

(4.5-oz.) can Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles

cups vegetable juice cocktail

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and onions; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until beef is browned.
  2. 2 Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until beef and potatoes are tender.
