These are so addictive! Awesome recipe!! I was a bit unsure of the combo of peanut butter and cinnamon at first, but it is really good. Who knew!

I love these cookies. My husband requests them regularly. And don't be turned off by the steps! It could seem just a tad bit intimidating at first, but they're really easy to make and so worth it. The filling is a nice surprise.

I have never been a real fan of Peanut butter cookies. But I aboslutly love these! So tasty. Nice and sweet crunchy and creamy. everything I could ever want in a cookie! This is a keeper!

Very good!!!! It takes some time to wrap cookie dough around peanut butter ball, but well worth it. Tastes completely homemade. I will be making these cookies to take to next family gathering!

I do not like peanut butter cookies. If I pick one up and take a bite without realizing it is peanut butter, I toss it in the trash. That is up until this recipe. I made it for my granddaughters, (and my husband, who also does not care for peanut butter cookies), and I ate up half of them before I could store the rest for the girls. ONE TERRIFIC COOKIE.

This is one of the best peanut butter cookies I bake.
Keep everything chilled and you should not have any problems.
I make it exactly as the recipe calls.
I have used it a many potlucks and bake sells!

excellent cookie! Bit messy and a wee bit too much sugar. I would cut all the sugar in half that this recipe recommends. Next time, going to try crunchy peanut butter in the middle! And definatly keep EVERYTHING extremely chilled.

This was a time consuming recipe & I wasn't sure about the cinnamon, it didn't sound good with peanut butter, I was wrong. With that said the cookies turned out AWESOME!! It was worth the time to make them. Next time, I am going to make my own dough, maybe add some chocolate chunks, bake them for less time and triple the recipe!! It was a big hit with my family! Thanks for the recipe!!

yummy cookies, I added chocolate chunks to the peanut butter batter, just a few more calories but worth it! it was a little harder to wrap the dough around the peanut butter but with patience it worked.
The crushed peanuts did not stick to the outside but the cinnamon sugar did. If you want that xtra crunch I would either crush them to almost a powder consistency or use crunchy peanut butter
