Ingredients

cans (11 oz each) Pillsbury™ refrigerated thin pizza crust

cup pizza sauce
1/2
lb bulk Italian sausage
1/4
cup chopped onion
1/2
cup sliced pepperoni
1/2
cup red bell pepper, cut into 2x1/2-inch strips
1 1/2
cups shredded Italian cheese blend (6 oz)
1/4
teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, if desired

tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray or grease 15x10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet. Unroll 1 can of dough on cookie sheet; starting at center, press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
  2. 2 Spread pizza sauce on dough. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Spoon evenly over sauce. Top with pepperoni, bell pepper and cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  3. 3 Unroll remaining can of dough. Place on cheese, stretching to cover. Brush with olive oil.
  4. 4 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
