we made these in Denver and did not accomodate enough for the altitude, but they still tasted fantastic! I love that the texture is less crumbly than a typical scone. the orange flavor was subtle and a great surprise. They were divine right out of the oven, and still amazing a day later! Great recipe!

Served at morning coffee at my Condo asssociation in Naples, Florida. We all injoyed your recipe. Since there were over fifty people I shaped the dough into 2" by 2" squares. I made 3 batches. The dough was easy to work with.

It was a very easy recipe to make. I made it for guests and they loved it. The chocolate was great, but with the extra flavor of orange made them very different than any I have had.

These are wonderful both warm and cooled. Can hardly wait to make them for the people I work with.

These scones have a combination of both amazing chocolate flavor and rich, silky texture. The orange marmelade creme adds a pleasantly surprising sweetness, but for the chocolate purist, the scones by themselves are heavenly. Seriously, given a choice between French Silk pie and one of these scones, I would choose the scone! Elegant and dangerously delicious!
