Double-Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Sweetened dried cranberries, pecans and a drizzling of vanilla glaze make these festive holiday cookies as good as any from an upscale bakery.

These are the best cookies and so easy! Instead of drizzling the white chocolate on top I decided to just put the white chocolate chips in the cookie batter. Am now having to make two more batches for my Christmas platters. Love it!!

What a great recipe when time is not on your side. My family loved them! I will make again.

I made two batches, I made them into brownies. I did one with cranberries and pecans, the other with dried cherries and macadamia nuts. I then cut them into squares after I baked them. I amd giving them as Christmas presents on Christmas decorated plates, that my friens and family can keep.

These cookies were definitely a departure from what I normally make and I used made them for Christmas cookie platters. They were fairly simple and turned out well, many co-workers and family members complimented them and requested the recipe.
