I spread Philadelphia cooking cream (italian cheees & herb) on bread & use provolone instead of mozzorella. GREAT! You have several choices of the spread to choisce from.

Used provolone instead of mozzerella. It was really good and liked by all. Could also add crumbled bacon and maybe some scrambled eggs for a breakfast sandwich or add pepperoni and put garlic powder on top for a pizza sandwich.

Love this recipe. I added sone roast beef and made a nice 'sandwich'. Am thinking about peanut butter and bananas for a sweet taste.

Easy & fast. Next time I may include ham or turkey breast.

I think I'll try these tonight with some homemade tomato basil soup. I think I'll sprinkle with Parmesan instead of sesame seeds.
