Double Broiled Crab-Artichoke Spread

Crab-Artichoke Spread on a buttered and broiled slice of crusty french bread. Everything's better on fresh baked bread. If you double, just use 1 can Artichoke hearts.

c. Italian Blend Cheese

T. Worcestershire Sauce

tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (or more if you like it spicer)

tsp. chopped Garlic

can Lump Crab meat

T. chopped Red Pepper
2
T. chopped green onion
Juice and Zest from 1/2 Lemon
1/4
tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
3
oz. low-fat cream cheese
Chopped fresh Parsley
Butter for spreading on bread

Can prepare the bread through the broiling step ahead of time. Can prepare the spread the day before and then spread on bread just before broiling.
