Dippy Chicken Lunch

Wonderful lunch ready in 10 minutes. Enjoy fresh carrots and cooked chicken with the ketchup and ranch dressing dip.

Ingredients

cup purchased ranch salad dressing

tablespoons ketchup

(9-oz.) pkg. frozen cooked chicken breast strips, thawed

cup fresh baby carrots
1
cup crunchy baked snack sticks (from 7-oz. pkg.)
  • 1 In small bowl, combine ranch salad dressing and ketchup; mix well.
  • 2 For each serving, spoon 1/3 of salad dressing mixture into small plastic food container with cover. Pack 1/3 of the chicken, carrots and snack sticks in separate resealable snack-sized food storage plastic bags. Pack container and bags in insulated lunch bag with ice pack.
  • 3 At lunch time, dip chicken, carrots and snack sticks in salad dressing mixture.
