Dipped Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

package Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ refrigerated oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
1 1/4
cups semisweet chocolate chips
1
tablespoon shortening

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Remove cookie dough rounds from tray; place 2 inches apart on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
  2. 2 Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely.
  3. 3 Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In 1-quart saucepan, melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat, stirring constantly. Dip half of each cookie into melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper. Refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 20 minutes.
