Ingredients

cup chopped green onions

tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill weed

teaspoon garlic salt

teaspoon pepper

cup light sour cream

cup plain nonfat yogurt

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
  2. 2 Stir dip before serving. Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables. Store in refrigerator.
