Ingredients

1 - Pillsbury® Ready to Bake Refrigerated Sugar Cookies 16 oz (24 ct)
Strawberry Jelly or Preserves
Cream Cheese frosting (ready made any brand)
Pecans or any other nuts you may like(garnish)

  • 1 Preheat oven 350 degrees, spray mini cupcake pan with cooking spray and place a ready to bake cookie in each cup and bake for 15-20 min.
  • 2 Take cookies out of oven and use large wooden handle and press down (lightly) the middle of each cookie and let cool completely in pan.
  • 3 Once cool use a teaspoon and spread frosting in cookie cups next use a teaspoon and spoon in jelly/preserves, then sprinkle pecans and enjoy!!!

You can fill these cups with any filling you like, ice cream, cream cheese, fresh fruit. Creativity is open.
