Deli Ham Crunch

Broiled sandwiches ready in 15 minutes! Enjoy your dinner with these cheesy wraps made with ham and bean sprouts.

teaspoons Dijon mustard

slices pumpernickel bread, toasted

oz. thinly sliced deli ham

cup fresh bean sprouts

thin slices red onion, separated into rings

oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on each slice of bread. Top each with ham, bean sprouts, onion and cheese. Place sandwiches on broiler pan.
  • 2 Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until sandwiches are hot and cheese is melted.
