Ingredients

teaspoons Dijon mustard

slices pumpernickel bread, toasted

oz. thinly sliced deli ham

cup fresh bean sprouts

thin slices red onion, separated into rings

oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on each slice of bread. Top each with ham, bean sprouts, onion and cheese. Place sandwiches on broiler pan.
  2. 2 Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until sandwiches are hot and cheese is melted.
