Ingredients

cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs

(8-oz.) pkg. frozen imitation crabmeat (surimi), thawed, finely chopped, or 1 (6-oz.) can crabmeat, drained, flaked

Directions

  1. 1 In large bowl, combine all ingredients except oil; mix well. Shape mixture into 16 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. 2 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add patties; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown, turning after 3 minutes.
