Deep-Dish Turkey Pie

Here's the perfect comfort-food dinner on a cold winter night. It's a great way to use up the leftover holiday turkey, too.

We love this too! I used mixed vegetables because some us don''t like cauliflower & broccoli. We found it is best with turkey, as we tried it with the chicken. I also made it in a larger dish to serve a larger crowd. Some like it with left over turkey gravey. I have also paseed this along to my sisters, daughter-in-law and lots of friends. It is easy to make and great for that left over holiday turkey!

My husband raved about this recipe when I fixed it using left over turkey from Thanksgiving! It is quick and very tasty. I''s a "keeper"! I can hardly wait to fix it when we go camping with the Good Sams next season.

trying to find something different to do with leftover turkey is mindboggling. this recipe is terrific. It''s easy to make and it tasts really good. I make pot pie from scratch and this is ten times easier. No more rolling out crusts for me. thanks
