It was great! I tried writing more, but it kept telling me I had inappropriate language when I didn't.

Simple yumminess! My family likes everything with a little heat added. For those who like it hot add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce as it is simmering. Half hot and half sweet Italian sausage is great. The top is complemented by grating on peccorino romano cheese. Delish dish!

OMG this was the best pizza I have had in a long time, my husband and I are from chicago and we sometime want a great deep dish pizza, but for some reason living in texas that is very hard to come by. But making this pizza made me feel like I was back at home, great recipe , I will make this again.

Great recipe Amy ! The crust turned out light and crispy with the double baking. The sauce was so simple to make and so flavorful. I can't wait to try different topping variations. YUM !
