This was awesome- my family LOVED IT! I crumbled the sausage instead so it would be more even over the cheese and sprinkled a little oregano on it. Will definitely make again!!!!

I made this for my family for a different take on pizza. They loved it so much we make it at least twice a month. Yum!

My family loved this pizza; reminded me of those made at Uno's and Due's in Chicago. I broke the sausage up some, leaving it in large chunks, and did not brown to crisp stage. I also added some red pepper to the sauce and some fennel seed to my sausage. Next time will experiment with adding other toppings as well.

Yummy!!! The only changes I made was crumble the sausage and added mushrooms and onions! It was a big hit with my boyfriend! I will definitely make this again!

This is a big hit with my family. We have had it a handful of times. The only change that I have made was to use Diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano instead of the whole peeled tomatoes that it calls for. We also love the cornmeal added to the crust delicious!

I mainly keep coming back to this recipe just for the crust. Other than that, the sausage was bland and the sauce didn't taste like pizza or spaghetti sauce. I think I'll stick to my own sauce and use different topping. But I love making the crust in the cast iron skillet!

I made this pizza a couple nights ago and it was delicious. I used pepperoni instead of sausage & it was great. I did use crushed tomatoes because my family does not like tomato chunks and it was still too chunky for me so after cooking the sauce I put it in my food processer and blended it. Much better! I also used a 10' iron skillet because I do not have a 12" and it worked fine This pizza was definitely a hit at my house, my boyfriend said it's better than a pizza you can get anywhere else but it was a bit messy for our 2, 3 & 5 year olds to eat! I also nade my own dough!

very good Chicago Style pizza. I used crushed tomatoes for sauce since my kids don't like chunky tomato pieces much and it was very good. Next time I would just cook sausage crumbled and spread evenly rather than try to cook as large patty since I prefer to drain the grease more. Will be making this one again!

very good and really easy...I did not however like messing up 3 pans to make it. This is my first time using the Pillsbury pizza dough ( I make my own using my bread maker) but I was surprised at how good it is. Too bad it doesn't come in a round sheet and not a rectangle. Next time, I will make my own and crumble the sausage instead of making a patty even add some mushrooms and such. Worth a try people!

Made this last night for dinner. SO YUMMY and quick enough to make that we'll be able to enjoy it often! Thanks for an amazingly simple recipe!
