I made this,but put it in one large dish and baked it instead of a few small ones. Didn't have parsley to add to the top, but was still delicious. We enjoyed this for leftovers, too.

I HAD A LOT OF MASHED POTATOES LEFT OVER AND I DON''T HAVE OVEN PROOF BOWLS. I COVERED THE BOTTOM OF A CASSEROLE DISH WITH THE MASHED POTATOES AND POURED THE REST ON TOP. I THEN SEALED THE CASSEROLE DISH WITH THE PIE CRUST AND BAKED. IT TURNED OUT GREAT AND MY FAMILY OF PICKY EATERS ENJOYED!!!

Not as good as we were hoping! I believe it''s a good recipe, we just didn''t prefer it!

My family and I LOVE this!!! It is very easy to make! I make one recipe into 2 shallow pies. I usually have to double the recipe making 4 pies so that we can have left overs.
