Add a couple of cooked egg whites to pump up the protein in this dish. Just hard cook the egg and "pop" out the yolk. Also, using curry powder with 1/2 Non Fat Mayo and 1/2 Non Fat Sour Cream with a splash of olive oil or non fat milk would be great for those on diets! Great recipe! Thanks!
