The pulled port cooked in Margarita Mix was awesome! It was a big hit. My nephew who never likes anything even loved it. It is sweet with a taste of lime. I served it on Ciabatta bread but the bread was to thick for my taste so I also had kiser rolls and I liked it much better on the kiser. I also used pork loin since I had that in my freezer and it was great and had a lot less fat content.
