Crust Lover's Cobbler

This satisfying tasty pastry fruit cobbler has crust all around and through and through it! This works with whatever fruit fried pies you can find! Apple, Cherry, Peach, Apricot, even Lemon!

pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust

Cans Fruit Pie Filling (your choice)

Pre-packaged Individual Fruit Fried Pie (same choice of canned Pie Filling)
1/2
stick Butter
1/2
cup Sugar
1/2
cup Flour

  • 1 Preheat oven 350*. Grease 9X13 baking dish, set aside.
  • 2 Unroll Pillsbury Pie crusts and place in baking dish, overlapping in center. Cut individual fried pies in large chunks, spread about on prepared pie crusts. Spread canned pie filling evenly over top.
  • 3 With pastry cutter, cut in butter, sugar & flour until ingredients are combined and meal texture. Sprinkle on top of pie filling. Fold pie crust edges towards the inside. Lightly sprinkle sugar on exposed crusts.
  • 4 Bake 20 to 30 minutes until crust is light golden brown.

Serve with "any" complimentary ice cream or just by itself. This Cobbler is really good!
