You don’t have to be a kid to enjoy this peanut butter-and-jelly-stuffed sandwich. Salted peanuts added to the filling update it for adult tastes as well and give it a crunch that soon becomes addicting.

Ingredients

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated artisan pizza crust with whole grain

cup natural creamy peanut butter
1/2
cup strawberry jam
3/4
cup salted peanuts, chopped

cup chopped fresh strawberries

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough on cookie sheet; starting at center, press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
  • 2 In small bowl, mix peanut butter and jam; spread mixture on dough to within 1 inch of edges. Top with peanuts. Starting on 15-inch side, roll dough tightly. Pinch edges of dough to seal; turn ends under. Arrange roll diagonally on cookie sheet, seam side down.
  • 3 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into 12 slices. Top with strawberries.

Expert Tips

Store leftovers tightly covered in refrigerator up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave or warm in oven until heated through.
