I love this recipe and my husband has made several requests that I make it every so often. I do make a twist off it and use a taco seasoning packet and regular buns sometimes instead of the green chiles and the biscuits. I tweak it as I have small children who aren't used to spicy food yet. I have also used regular coleslaw and on occasion have used a broccoli slaw which I prefer myself. I plan on making this within the next few days again as it has been awhile.

This was a wonderful and very easy recipe. I made it with a shrimp and Spanish rice side. The whole family loved it and as a "newbie" in the kitchen it was a great 1st time dish!
