    Heat oven to 375°F. In medium saucepan, combine chicken, soup, green beans, mushrooms, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour hot chicken mixture into ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish.

    Separate dough into 8 biscuits; arrange over hot chicken mixture. Brush each biscuit with butter; sprinkle with crushed croutons.

    Bake at 375°F. for 23 to 27 minutes or until deep golden brown.

  • Add a little spice to this dish by swapping out the cheddar cheese for spicier Pepper Jack cheese.
  • To garnish, top each serving with chopped green onions and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
  • You can substitute the cubed chicken for cooked rotisserie chicken. Simply shred two tightly packed cups of chicken to use instead. If you end up with extra deli rotisserie chicken, use it in this delicious Chicken Dumpling Soup tomorrow!
