Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1 cup fresh sugar snap peas, cut in half crosswise
  • 1 cup julienne-cut seeded cucumber (1 small)
  • 1/2 cup julienne-cut carrots
  • 1/3 cup sesame-ginger dressing
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (4 medium)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed, toasted

    In medium bowl, toss all ingredients except sesame seed. Divide salad evenly among 4 plates; sprinkle each serving with 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seed.
