Ingredients

cup fat-free mayonnaise

teaspoons soy sauce

cups chopped cooked chicken breast

cup chopped celery

cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoons chopped green onions

(8-oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained, chopped

(6 to 8-inch) pita (pocket) breads

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ginger and soy sauce; blend well. Add all remaining ingredients except pita breads; mix well.
  2. 2 Cut each pita bread in half. Gently separate bread halves to form pockets. Fill bread halves with chicken mixture.
