We do grilled pizza all the time on the grill. I use a pizza stone ($10 at the mart stores) and I buy frozen bread dough and thaw a loaf the night before in the fridge. Makes about 4 pizzas. You can also use a griddle pan on the grill if you have one. The taste is great.

I think it sounds like a whole lot of trouble for a Pizza. I can roll out the dough on my cookie sheet and have it done while I would still be struggling with raw dough over a hot grill.

We have grilled pizza with fresh pizza dough. It turned out amazing! We did not cut into squares. Formed one piece. We did put cornmeal on one side.Experimented with different toppings, go light on toppings.

Has anyone tried this? Does it really work on the grill? Also, the instructions say to cut a piece of foil 12x8 but to press the dough into a 13x9 rectangle??
