I've made this recipe but spread strawberry jam on top of the Brie before wrapping it in Crescent roll dough. It gives the Brie a sweet cheesey taste. My fmily and friends all loved it. I make it for all my get togethers.

I made this recipe and it is ~Fabulous~. I made it a second time time & sprinkled brown sugar all over the brie before wrapping it.

This is so easy and taste so wonderful. I too have made this for many a years. I like to take a Giant Garlic, clip the top off of each clove, but leave together as a bulb, drizzle olive oil over the top, put into a garlic baker, bake until each clove is cooked to a soft consistancy when you touch the cloves. Before putting on the top of the Brie, squeeze each clove from the bottom end onto the top of the Brie. Spread it across the top of the Brie and then cover with the pastry & bake. Serve with crackers, slices of sour french bread, sliced apples or sliced pears - it will be gone very fast

I made this just because and as recipe said. Will try adding different things to it next time. This was good.

This very easy and basic recipe is ALWAYS a huge hit when I bring it to parties. I mix a couple tablespoons of apricot jelly, a couple teaspoons of dijon mustard and some toasted almond sliveres together and put on top of the cheese before covering with the second pastry half for some great flavor. Next time, I plan to use a red pepper jelly as the topping.

I top the brie with pecan halves tossed in brown sugar and bourbon before covering. DELICIOUS! I serve with water crackers and/or apples.

I make this all the time. You can add some flavor too, by potting a thin layer of jam or honey on top of the brie then cover with the crescent dough.

I, too, have been making this for many years. I love to top with caramelized onions - SO yummy!

I made 2 of these last christmas- for Christmas Eve & for our fanily Christmas party. Easy, impressive & delicious! I served it with homemade cranberry chutney which was PERFECT- everyone loved this & I'll be making it again this year for sure. I cut out stars out of the corners of the top crust then put on top- it really looked pretty
