Kneu00 and agnus...do you put the Raspberry sauce on before you wrap with dough and bake?

I got this recipe from my daughter, and we both have been making this with raspberry jam for years, and with all the entertaining that my daughter does, this is almost always a staple for her parties. It's just sooooooooo good!

Instead of bring the normal chips and salsa to my last get together, I made the crescent wrapped brie. I added seedless raspberry jam and silvered almond and OMG best app ever. You've got to try it :)

I made this for the holidays and I have to admit I had never had Brie before. My daughter told me she loved Brie, which I didn't know. She asked me to make it and I did. I even tried some. Let's just say that I only got to try a teeny bit of it since it was gone before I knew it. Requests are on the table for a repeat.

Made this for New Years Eve. Put it out with the rest of the food and in 10 mins, looked back again.....and it was GONE! Super easy and absolutely yummy! We had some spicy plum chutney to serve on the side, along with pita crackers. No one touched the crackers, just ate the brie alone or with a dollop of of chutney. It was so delicious and very easy to make that we'll definitely make this again at our next party.

Pour Raspberry (or Strawberry) jam all over the top of the brie and then bake. It is perfection!!

slice the brie down the middle to make 2 wheels...top one side with dried cranberrys, raisans.chopped walnuts or pecans...then drizzle caramel ice cream topping all over this...then put the other side back on top and slighty press, but careful not to press anything out...then just wrap it up as directed and follow cooking directions..we love it and have it at big games and over the holidays..everyone raves and we have to use the bigger wheels and several at that..also fun to make different flavored fillings ei blueberrie, raspberries, cherries etc..

Super easy & still fancy looking! I kept the rind on and wrapped with crescent rolls. I also used Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, and it was a hit! Served with water crackers and apple slices. Definitely making this again!

I never cut the rind off of the brie. I top mine with sliced green onion and minced garlic...just a touch of salt and black pepper before wrapping and baking. Delish!
