Done this before also...but added (may sound very strange) but go for it! Pineapple perseveres with a bit of horseradish ~ it was a hit. Next i would like to try with Jalapeno raspberry jelly i have, def. omit the horseradish with this one. Also im sure it would be awesome with an apple/raisin/brown sugar mixtures. 2013

This is a great recipe. I made it recently and added sliced apples to the plate. We ate this as a lite meal. What a wonderful recipe. Thanks for sharing on your calender for December 2012!

Excellent, hit if the party!! Cut off the rind, stacked two Brie wheels with Apricot preserves in between and on top and wrapped in cresent rolls. Neighbors loved it. Making it again for tonight. Thanks

This was so easy and so delicious. I made it on Christmas and will make it again this evening for New Year's Eve.

I did this and did one more thing on top of the Brie before I sealed it into the cresent dough I spooned cranberry sauce (I had made some from scratch with a bit of orange in it and fresh cranberries) OH MY once it came out of the oven it diapeared soooo fast, good things I had the ingredients to make another one .

This was delicious. I, too, topped the brie with mango chutney and walnuts before sealing. When I took it out of the oven, topped with a thin glaze of apricot jelly. I served with veggies and crostini.

I love this recipe however, I'm not a fan of the rind so I remove this and bake as directed. The Brie is so tasty and the crescent rolls make it buttery tasting...So good, a hit at any party.

Before sealing top of pastry, spoon on your favorite flavor of jam & some chopped pecans or walnuts.... Seal, drizzle with a little honey & sprinkle with brown sugar... Serve with the thinnest of ginger snaps..... YUMMY!!!!
