This was a hit with my family. I changed it up a bit. I did not use Dijon mustard because we don't like it and I also omitted the cresent rolls and sesame seeds and replaced that with butter biscuits. I browned the meat and removed it from pan and then added veggies to pan and cooked them until soft. Then added the meat back in with the gravy. Simmered it for about 20-30 min. After simmering, put it in the oven just long enough for some butter biscuits to bake. Once biscuis were done, I served it on top of mashed potatos with the butter biscuits on the side.

This was yummy and easy to make. I omitted the mushrooms because we don't eat them. My 3-year old who usually eats next to nothing cleaned her plate and asked for seconds! Will definitely be making this one again.

This meal is delicious. I made a few changes to this dish. Instead of having so many carrots and celery, I cut them back. Added onion, green pepper (if I have it) and a can of drained diced potatoes. My whole family loves it, including the fussy eaters.
