I dont understand why people review things they didnt make or complaint about ingredients/calorie counts/fat.Do they really expect to find healthy recipes here? You would think they would look for recipes on sites that support their convictions instead of one made for the masses who are just looking for ideas and not opinion. I made these and they were good. They were no leftovers.Next time though I will cut a couple into smaller pieces because the portion was a little big for me.

The recipe doesn't call for corn syrup and it sounds delicious, I cannot wait to make it.

I hate it for the folks that take the time to post these yummy recipes, and then others choose to pick them apart and complain about the ingredients in the recipe! If you don't like a certain ingredient, just leave it out or sub something else. This sounds absolutely delicious to me! We love strawberries AND crescents! I am totally trying this for our Sunday dinner guests this weekend! Looks wonderful! Thanks!

I always modify my recipes to make them healthier. carriet49-if you don't want to use syrup, find something that can replace it. I would just slice my strawberries and use artificial sweetener. I would also only use one crescent roll to lower calories and make more servings(-:
