I took this idea and changed it a bit. I used rotisserie chicken and shredded it. I added the cheddar cheese and baked it. I didn't use the egg or seeds on the outside. My kids loved it! Simple and something different. Next time we are going to try beef with taco seasoned beef and cheddar cheese.

My husband and I really enjoyed these while watching a football game. They were quick and easy to make and oh so yummy! I am going to make these for a work pot luck lunch and I would recommend this recipe to others!

This was really good. I folded it in halves, instead of folding it diagnally like the picture. It didn't work very well for me diagnally. My husband and I added a lot of extra cheese, and a some extra BBQ. I would recommend adding a pinch or two of Red Pepper. That will add just enough spice if you ask me.
