If you're having trouble folding them, try using the Crescent Recipe Creations instead of the rolls. They come in a full sheet and you can cut the dough to the size and shape you need.

I made a vegetarian version and used red and green bell peepers and mushrooms with a little italian seasoning on top. They were very good.

Easy and delish. I appreciated a previos reviewers comment to sprinkle with a lil Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

The Crescent Pizza Pockets are great. My 5 grandchildren and children (45/40)love them. Even the very young eat every bite. The Crescent Roll crust is so soft and tender (unlike many pizzas. My 8 year old granddaughter is learning how to make them.

I had no problem folding them. I used ham and cheese. My son is 23 and he thought they were better than "Hot Pockets".

They are very easy and quick. However it's much easier to do them in squares then after they've, baked then cut them into triangles

Add a little garlic powder on top with the Parmesan cheese before putting them into the oven. It goes really well with the crescent taste!

These were very good. The only problem I had was getting them into the triangle. It just did not want to meet right to close. Then instead of the triangle I did squares and that worked a lot better for me.
