It took quite awhile to wrap them. Next time, I would premake them the night before, refrigerate overnight, set out to room temperature, and then bake before meal time.

I made 28, that's why it took so long. Make sure to check your oven heat with an oven thermometer. If making a larger quanity, set out the refrigerated rolls, 1/2 hour before you need them so the dough softens a bit; a bit easier to stretch.
