Let me just say I do not have a sweet tooth, but hubby does. Needed a sweet recipe for Thanksgiving & made this today. I used pecans, walnuts & coconut & OMG! This was delicious!! So much for serving them tomorrow! My family loved them so much that they're gone. I ate them too, lol! Highly recommend!

I have made these countless times and each time I'm asked over and over again for the recipe. They are just so easy. I even keep most of the ingredients on hand in case I have to put something together to take somewhere. I've added dried cranberries, dried blueberries (fresh have too much moisture), switched up the nuts, used toffee chips, mint chips - just maintain the ratios and the variations are limitless.

easiest and probably cheapest way to do this is just use your favorite candy bars cut up in small pieces-i used snack snize almond joy(milk chocolate, coconut, almond) and family dollars snickers knock off the King bar snacksize (80cents for a pack of snack size bars) chocolate, caramel, peanuts turned out fantastic!

I was wondering if you could use peanut butter chips? Make them and found several different ways.

These were delicious. I tried it with coconut. I also did not grease the pan and it came out fine.

i have not tried it yet but i sure do plan to make it as soon as i can. it sounds so sinfully good and so easy to make, i would think that you could add coconut to it and that would make it really yummy too
i would give it a 10 star rating. cant wait to try since i loooooooooooooooooove to bake and cook
