Made these this afternoon. I omitted the nuts because of allergies. The recipe was fast and simple. I loved it. These taste great, and I got tons of complements on them. I would recommend making these. They looks so fancy!

I have a question. For the cashews, I assume it means regular, salted cashews?

Try using Heath Bar Chips instead of nuts.

I used raisins instead of the cashews. I often use dried fruit instead of nuts in recipes, it's usually a great substitute. These were great!

Jm1Jim1 and Jan.... Looks like your not the only ones who cant do buts. Thanks for asking that question!! Did you try with banana chips? I too am looking for an alternative that will still give substance. If you try your ideas, please post how it turns out.
