These were a definite hit! I did use jarred sliced jalapenos; chopped, precooked bacon; garden vegetable crm cheese in one batch; and chive and onion crm cheese in a second batch. And in order to make extras to keep my husband from eating it all before the party, I took a can of regular biscuits, cut them in halves or thirds, and did the same process. I'm sure I'll make these again.

Made these for my husband and his friends during football season and they went fast! THey all loved them. They were pretty easy... only thing I'd recommend is where gloves to de-seed the jalapenos... my hands burned for a few days... cause I made a lot of these.

These were amazingly good ! I used cream cheese that I added garlic powder & italian seasoning to. So easy with the precooked bacon. The crescent dough mellowed the heat which I preferred.

I rolled out the crescent rolls & cut into strips to make it easier for wrapping the peppers. I also tried them w/ the light crescent rolls & light cheese & they tasted just as good as the original.

Great appetizer. Everyone loved it. I made these 2x - once according to the recipe & once using the light cheese & light crescent rolls. Both were delicious & no one noticed a difference w/ the light products.

I bet they would also work with spliting biscuits and doing them in muffin pans...nothing to drip until you bit into them...Will have to try.

This was quick & easy. And everyone loved them. The only change I would make is to try chopping up the pepper and bacon and mix in with the cream cheese. As it is, was kinda hard to bite into without pulling out the pepper & bacon. Will make again.
