Easy to make and looks festive for the Christmas season. I used about 3 tablespoons of milk to thin the cream cheese a little more and make it easier to spread.

Made this for a Christmas church dinner. I did not have any chives & onion cream cheese spread, so I used 8 oz. of cream cheese (low fat), mixed with a pkg. of Ranch Buttermilk dry dressing, and a cup of mayo. Since I am a cake decorator, I put in a drop of green food coloring. I thought the rolls were too thick. Next time I make them, I'll cut the roll into 20 slices. Used tiny tomatoes instead of the carrots. It looked so pretty.

I have made this for years and it has always been a success. I make it for home, office and etc. Also for Valentine's Day, shape it like a heart and let the kids decorate with the same veggies. It is fun, Cute and taste so very very good.

I made this for our Christmas Eve celebration and everyone loved it. It also looks very festive on a Christmas plate. I would like to try it again using different flavored cheeses and toppings.

My family loved it. We actually had to pry the plate out of one of the cousin's hands before he ate the entire thing.

Made these for a family Christmas lunch/dinner yesterday and they were a great hit! I used a piece of star fruit at the top of the trees and a mixed variety of veggies on the tree. Put halves of cherry tomatoes along edges of trees for additional colorful "ornaments". They need to be served with small tongs, however, to pull them apart so the fingers don't get full of the creamy sauce.

I made two of these for Christmas. I used a spreadable savory vegetable cheese spread to save time and it was a big hit.
