Very good. Would make again, but definitely use more cheese and bacon than they suggest. Great flavor with the chives.

These remind me of another favorite recipe of mine called Boregs. Montery-Jack Cheese is so wonderful, it melts well with a delicious flavor!

These were very tasty. I found it easier to just roll the rectangles of crescent dough into large squares (I had to fold over one side of the rectangle) then cut them in 4ths. I also used reduced-fat rolls, reduced fat cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chopped bermuda onion and a little Egg Beaters - instead of using up an egg - (it's what I had in the fridge) and they were delicious.
