I made this as soon as I saw the recipe but I had no bacon or mini muffin cups. I used smoked ham and, colby jack cheese, and regular muffin cups. It came out so good and was a hit. The only thing is they didnt come out pretty like they are supposed to because of the size of my muffin cups. Next time I think it would be a good idea to butter the dough before you put the fillings in b/c that was a little dry. Overall, it's a great recipe and I will continue to make them.

this is such an easy recipe. very good. I used laughing cow garlic and herb cheese in four of them, monterrey jack in four and cheddar cheese in four. I also used bacon bits and they tasted wonderful. Perfect brunch or breakfast treat.

I used cheddar cheese instead of swiss and milk instead of whipping cream and they turned out great. I even took them to work (a restaurant) as a snack and all my coworkers snatched them up. So easy you can add nearly anything you would like to the cup.
