Made these using 6 not 12 squares for regular muffin tins
Added bacon, spinach, mushroom and green onion
Put filling in cups and topped with egg/cream mix
Baked halfway topped with cheddar cheese and finished baking
These were a huge hit at my work party!
They were all gone in less than 10 mins!!!
Make extra because they are sooo yummy!!

What an excellent appetizer and so easy. This really makes you look like your a gourmet cook! I made this for our holdiday family get-to-gether and received many compliments. I even doubled the recipe and they were still gone in no time! I substituted regular milk for the cream and shredded cheddar cheese for the swiss cheese. I can't wait to make again. Thanks!

Incredibly easy and everyone (including the kids) loved them. They were the first plate to be empty.

These were great! Next time I may use bigger muffin pans to make sure everything fits in it.

sooo good and sooo easy. I used milk instead of cream because I did not have the cream and they still were delicious. Took them to a girl's night and got yummy reviews. Definitely recommend this one

Received many compliments from the ladies at a brunch, but the best came from my picky children and their friends!
Mine did not look like the photo due to the way I cut the dough, it was more rectangular than square. They looked more like little butterflies.
I made an additional batch with ham and pepper jack cheese. Those were my favorites!
I make them 24 at a time and put the extras in the fridge. They warm up perfectly in the microwave for a quick breakfast.

Yum, made these for a guy I am dating this morning and they turned out very pretty and tasty! They look difficult like something you'd get at Panera or a pastry shop...but so easy!
