Grease muffin cups or spray with PAM.

These things are ridiculously amazing! I doubled the recipe and used a regular sized muffin pan. I had to more than double the whipping cream and eggs, but they came out perfect! My only suggestion is to grease the muffin cups because it was somewhat difficult to get these out.

They were good but I would make some changes. First I would brush a little butter on the dough to give it a buttery taste. Also thin out the dough with a rolling pin so that they aren't so doughy and it also allows you to make twice as many.

These tartlets look wonderful along with being easy to make and suitable for everyone ! But however there is a large amount of dough which is not proportional to the other ingredients.

Made these w/bacon Christmas eve and they were a big hit! Made them last night to test out New Year's eve menu with Jalepeno and cheddar ant they were an even bigger hit! I have a feeling we'll be experimenting with all kinds of ingredients.

What a great recipe! I made it for Xmas get together and they got gobbled up and raved about. I also got asked for the recipe by everyone. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because it is a little time consuming to get the dough into the 12 x 9" and the perforations squeezed together so that they would stay. And I suggest putting one in every other muffin cup so that the tips have room to expand as they bake and not touch another one and get stuck to each other.

I use my mini-muffin pans for little bite size snacks. I have to make some vegetarian so instead of bacon, I use mushrooms or black olives. Each time, I use a different cheese from cheddar to provolone and mozzarella. With meat or without, they always are the first thing gone at most parties. They will be part of our Christmas Breakfast this year as well.
