Substitute Andouille sausage to add some great flavor and some heat too!

It's delicious, but even better.., to add a little Louisiana "Zing" to it, add 1 or 2 tsp (to taste) of Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning. It's a taste delight.

based on quantities of the ingredients, sound like 4 good serbvings.. i'd add a little "heat" to it though, depending on ohow spicey the turkey sausage is.

Sounds good but it would be helpful to know how many servings this makes and what the serving size is as it relates to the Nutritional Information.
