This recipe is great for using your leftover Thanksgiving turkey. If you like corn tortillas, it was awesome with those! I will definitely be taking these to work for lunch! We also topped with salsa after cooking.

This is definitely a keeper. It was quick to make, less than 15 min. It was an easy, fast and simple dinner and when paired with Moroccan Sweet Potatoes, perfect for a busy weeknight. Since I only needed to feed two, I halved everything and used 6-in flour tortilla's. Topped with cheese and salsa made this a light simple meal.

I didn't have turkey so used a combination of canned chicken and a leftover chicken breast. It was delicious and everyone loved it. Super easy and super quick!

I loved this! I used a can of chicken breast instead of turkey. Makes an excellent lunch for work! Very simple and fast

We had a leftover roasted chicken breast from a whole chicken. Tried this recipe to use it up. We made them individually on plates & topped them with diced tomatoes. It made a delicious & very quick lunch! I might have added more taco seasoning than the person who thought it was bland... I didn't really measure. If you make it on a plate, be sure to use a large plate as it oozes out.

I did not change anything in the recipe. It turned out very bland. Not making this again.

I added a little less sour cream and added a little cream cheese. I also added green chilies. It was GREAT! I love this base recipe. It leaves it wide to add or not add anything you want! Y.U.M.

My 8 year old son and I made these burritos. Very simple, filling and delicious. We have added it to our dinner menu rotation.

I used half sour cream and half cream of chicken soup with cheese in the filling. I also poured green enchalada sauce over the burritos once rolled, sprinkled more cheese on top, and baked them in the oven for 20 minutes. Really good quick dinner.
