Creamy Potato and Sausage Casserole

Many casserole recipes make large quantities, but here’s one that’s just right for two. It’s easily doubled if you prefer.

my remake of creamy potato and sausage casserole: INGREDIENTS: substitute: precooked sliced chicken breast, frozen southwestern corn, cream of celery soup, crushed ritz crackers, add COLBY JACK SHREDDED CHEESE and diced water chestnuts; use remaining ingredients. DIRECTIONS:1] combine milk & soup, add chicken,(thawed)corn, stir well.2] layer potatoes, cheese, spread chicken mixture on top 3] crush ritz crakers into melted butter & spread on top (this gives it a better taste) I INCREASED INGREDIENT AMOUNTS TO MAKE A 9x13 CASSEROLE TO SHARE FOR POTLUCK MEALS...Everyone raved how delicious it was!

This was very good. I used some left over Brauts in place of the sausage. This will be made again. Just the right amount also.
