my remake of creamy potato and sausage casserole: INGREDIENTS:
substitute: precooked sliced chicken breast, frozen southwestern corn, cream of celery soup, crushed ritz crackers, add COLBY JACK SHREDDED CHEESE and diced water chestnuts; use remaining ingredients.
DIRECTIONS:1] combine milk & soup, add chicken,(thawed)corn, stir well.2] layer potatoes, cheese, spread chicken mixture on top 3] crush ritz crakers into melted butter & spread on top (this gives it a better taste)
I INCREASED INGREDIENT AMOUNTS TO MAKE A 9x13 CASSEROLE TO SHARE FOR POTLUCK MEALS...Everyone raved how delicious it was!
