This is a great dessert recipe. I had to make 2 of them. One I gave as a gift and one for my family. Everyone agreed that I should make this often - they all loved it and were looking for extras.

We loved this dessert! It is light and refreshing. It takes a little more time to prepare it but well worth it. I will definately keep this one handy.

Very refreshing and not overly sweet. Great low calorie dessert. I had a little trouble getting the consistency I wanted on the filling but think maybe I just need to let the jello set up a bit longer. Will definitely make again.
